Well the only way I’ve ever done secret santa was over a week at school where you give someone a present a day without them knowing its you and you leave them little clues about yourself [i.e. I have brown eyes, a unicorn, no legs] so that they can try and figure out who you are but regardless you reveal yourself on the last day
So understandably I don’t understand how you can do secret santa with one present and no clues
