CALLING ALL FRESHERS!!
Just wondered if you could tell me where the student nights are on a Thursday? I never thought I would get to this day but i have no idea where students go anymore. Going out tonight and need some advice… please help! I don’t look old but looks can be deceiving :p

cool! Going to a birthday dinner but I’ll try and come over after x

Just letting you all know that I’ll be playing in Open Tour 1 for Flump in two weekends time (4th/5th June) and I encourage you all to join to. After playing frisbee all year in the wind, snow and rain, I think its about time we finally got the chance to play in some good weather don’t you? Also, this tournament is one of the few in London so its not far to travel

By the time the tournament comes:
- I will not have run in a few months
- I will not have thrown a frisbee in a few months
- I will have forgotten what a stack is
Therefore, you should not base your decision not to play on any of these reasons!

GIRLS TO THE RESCUE!!!
Hey Everyone,
Mixed outdoor nationals is this weekend and Thrown have decided to team up with dD to compete for the title of Mixed Champions. I just spoke to the captain and he said there are a few short on girls to play. This is a fantastic opportunity to not only play at nationals but learn from some top players. It doesn’t matter how long you have been playing, you will DEFINATELY not be the most inexperienced playing! I need to let the captain know ASAP so give me a text if you want in (07908713842).

Just to say I’m looking forward to seeing everyone down at berrylands tomorrow afternoon. This is the last time this year we will all get to play together and to show the rest of Kings how much the club has progressed this year The macadam is pretty competitive but it is also a lot of fun so I don’t want anybody to feel like they ”aren’t good enough to play”. No-one should have any lectures so it would be awesome to get a good crowd and atmosphere going. Win or lose, everyone will get tasty bake-off treats at the end!

HOW COULD I FORGET THE BAKE-OFF!!!!
So we may not be the most supported sport at the macadam cup this Wednesday but that doesn’t matter when we will be the tastiest It is a Thrown tradition to have bake-off to see which one of us is the King or Queen of the kitchen. So dust off your recipe books and get cooking because we will be holding the competition at the Macadam cup. I’m looking forward to seeing a range of cakes, biscuits, buns, parsnips, tarts, tortes, loaves and whatever else you can think of for the whole team to judge after our match.
The only 2 rules for the competition are:
- It has to be baked
- It has to be you who baked it!
I trust you will all be true to these conditions, especially as I can sense a Mr Kipling a mile off.
So just bake your good the night before and bring them with you to be judge. Try and make enough so everyone can at least have a taste
I trust you won’t disappoint

After a pretty convincing rounders win for GKT, its game on! Look out for an email from your respective captains recruiting players and sending details about where to meet

Offcially the last Thrown event of the year and so not to be missed.
The deadline for applying for a position has passed. Ben will be revealing who has run for what to allow those who won’t be at the AGM to send him a vote
