Training is usually on Wednesdays at 6 and Saturdays at 1. Easiest thing would be to sign up to their Yahoo group to get notifications: http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/Flump/

Hope you all made it back home safely last night!
Just wanted to remind you of Flump training today at 1 pm in Hyde Park. It’s been proven that the best cure for a hangover is running about outside for a couple of hours chasing some form of flying disc…
Anyway hopefully I’ll see some of you there!

Looking at the weather forecast, it’s gonna be warm, sunny and not windy tomorrow so perfect conditions for frisbee! Would be great to see you all there, though if only Guy’s people want to turn up I would be ok with that…
