His tutorial videos demonstrate and teach really good throwing technique, so watch them and take note. If you get the basics right (as demonstrated in the vids) and practice as much as you can, you'll be well on the way to achieving accurate, consistent and effective throws.

Check out this video series. The fundamentals of throwing are so important and these vids are a great resource. If you follow this advice and regularly practice these techniques over the summer you'll be ready for next season with a full range of accurate, consistent and effective throws.

On a related note, now that the summer is here, I encourage all of you to play as much ultimate as you can over the next few months. Summer is the best time to play and there are plenty of opportunities: If you're staying in London, Flump will be holding regular trainings in Hyde park.
