Just a quick note about Dim Sum on Sunday.
We’re going to be meeting at Leicester square (exit 2) at 12noon ish and will head to the nearest Chinese restaurant that is able to take all of us. Please RSVP on fb so we can get an idea of numbers. Thanks.

I’ve checked the train prices, listed below.

London Bridge -> Brighton (first capital connect 2 tph, or southern 1 connection 2tph)
Brighton -> Falmer (southern 4 tph)

Return (off peak): £29.30 pp
GroupSave 4: £58.60 = £14.65 pp (but must travel as a group)
GroupSave 3: £58.60 = £19.53 pp (travel as a group)
16-25 Railcard: £19.55 pp (but can travel individually)

So it is best to travel as a maximal groups of 4s… and if not, 3s… then railcards.
The FCC train to brighton also runs via St Pancras before stopping at London Bridge, and I’m assuming (don’t quote me on this) that trains from Victoria are the same price as well.

Sorry about the spreadsheet not working, looks like google has recently changed editing settings to read only by default and that’s why no one was able to fill in the form…
I’ve now fixed the issue (hopefully), but due to the deadline being quite close, could everyone EMAIL DAN ABOUT BRIGHTON ASAP instead.

Currently as it stands:

Urgent Action required:
1. BRIGHTON: Email Dan (daniel.kemp [at] kcl.ac.uk) immediately if you want to play this weekend.
2. Pay the £15 Thrown subscription (covers tournament fees + insurance for the year) at the Spit (Guy’s), Macadams (Strand) or online at KCLSU (http://www.kclsu.org/society.asp?itemid=392&itemTitle=Ultimate+Frisbee&section=346&sectionTitle=Clubs+list)

Priority:
3. Fill in your Indoor Open, Mixed and Women availabilities online (http://tinyurl.com/6e26gml) + email dan just in case google breaks it again.

Upcoming:
4. Pay UKUA subscription to play at nationals
5. Kit order spreadsheet (when I’ve heard what prices / options we have)

ust a quick note to say that if anyone is back in London already, there is Flump (KCL and Imperial alumni) practice at 6pm Wednesday. Worth going to Hyde Park if you’re up for sharpening up the discs skills before term starts.
